Attending CAMP IT Conferences will enable your organization to effectively work through your IT challenges, obtain continuing education credits and learn from your peers at other IT organizations.

A CAMP IT membership subscription enables significant cost savings off non-member rates. A membership will help you maximize your IT training budget. Registration packs are only available for enterprise (all verticals), government, and higher education IT organizations. They are not available for IT vendors unless the attendees are from internal IT departments.

How long is the CAMP Registration Pack valid?
Subscriptions are good for one (1) calendar year and expire one (1) year from the date of purchase.

What if I have extra registration packs at the end of the year?
Subscriptions expire one (1) year from the date of purchase. If you have any remaining packs, please call us at (224) 251-8889 to make appropriate adjustments.

If I run out of registrations at the middle of the year, can I buy more at the same rate?
Absolutely! You can use the “Register” button on this page to be taken to our webstore.

Can I attend any of your two-day conferences with my current subscription?
No. When we designed the subscription packs, we only included the one-day conferences. However, if you’re interested in attending one of our two-day conferences and have a valid subscription, please give us a call at (224) 251-8889 for special pricing.

What if I don’t see an amount of registrations that’s right for my organization?

Do you have a rate for Not-For-Profit agencies?

Does the subscription need to be paid in full at the time of registration?
No. You have the option to be invoiced. However, the subscription would need to be paid in full before attending the first conference.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Attendance is limited to enterprise IT executives, management and staff in companies with at least 25 employees. Registrants cannot be sales/marketing/business development professionals, nor executives, of companies that provide IT products or services to enterprises.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY:
All fees must be paid in full prior to attending of the first conference. Past due balances shall bear interest at the rate of eighteen percent (18%) per annum from the due date and shall be payable to CAMP. A 10% administrative fee will be applied to any cancellations after the registration form is submitted. Registrants who cancel after the registration pack has been used will result in a 25% fee of the remaining balance of unused registrations. There will be no refunds given (10) business days prior to the event. There will be no refunds given if two (2) or more sessions have been attended. “No shows” will not be provided the opportunity to reuse that registration. No refunds will be provided to international attendees.

NON-MEMBER CANCELLATION POLICY:

One day events: A $95 administrative fee for cancellations received in writing earlier than ten (10) business days before the event will be applied. Registrants who cancel after ten (10) business days before the event, and before five (5) business days before the event will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be made on, or five (5) business days before the date of the event. “No shows” or attendees who aren’t paid before the event and hadn’t cancelled ten (10) business days prior to the event will be liable for the full fee. No refunds will be provided to international attendees.

Two day events: A $175 administrative fee for cancellations received in writing earlier than ten (10) business days before the event will be applied. Registrants who cancel after ten (10) business days before the event, and before five (5) business days before the event will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be made on, or five (5) business days before the date of the event. “No shows” or attendees who aren’t paid before the event and hadn’t cancelled ten (10) business days prior to the event will be liable for the full fee. No refunds will be provided to international attendees.

Attendee registration fees are due one week before the each event. Past due balances shall bear interest at the rate of eighteen percent (18%) per annum from the due date and shall be payable to CAMP.

Cancellation policy as described above applies to written requests for an invoice and will be treated the same as an online, fax or phone-in registration.

In the event of the cancellation of the event for any reason, the liability of CAMP Conferences, Inc. is limited to the return of the paid registration fee. Participants requiring special accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act should contact CAMP Conferences, Inc. at least ten (10) business days prior to the event to make the necessary arrangements.
