Keith Conlee, Chief Security Officer, College of DuPage
Keith Conlee has over 30 years in the Information Technology field delivering innovative and effective solutions including working at the National Security Agency (NSA), Bell Laboratories/Lucent Technology, and is currently the Chief Security Officer for Information Technology at the College of DuPage. His duties are focused on building strong security governance, security policy/procedure and risk management programs including Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery. Keith is a Payment Card Industry Professional (PCIP)™, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP®), a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA®), and a Certified Business Continuity Planner (CBCP). He is an active member in the ISC2, ISACA, PCI Security Standards Council, and the BRPA of Chicagoland. His undergraduate and graduate education is in Computer Science, and with an added Law Degree gives Keith the unique ability to interpret and align technical legal regulatory compliance and business objectives.

Victor Hsiang is an accomplished Information Security, Risk and IT Professional with over 19 years of experience working within the Financial Services and Healthcare sectors. He has an established track record of delivering successful IT and Information Security solutions that manages risk while supporting business requirements. His experience includes implementation of technology, security audits, risk assessments, information records management, privacy concerns, compliance and legal issues related to security, forensics, security practices and policy development. He currently leads the Information Security program at GATX Corporation.
James Mountain, CISO, Palmer College
James Mountain is an experienced leader with over 16 years in IT. His current role is the Director of Information Security for Palmer College of Chiropractic providing strategic leadership and direction for campus academic technology applications and initiatives. His past work experiences include private, public and government industries. He has been a CISSP since 2011 while he worked for the Department of Defense. His main areas of focus are security, risk management, and infrastructure stability.

Chuck has been working for Zurich Insurance for 38 years. The last 11 years as North American DR Program Manager. This includes maintaining and executing the DR solution with our vendors and in conjunction with the Zurich NA Business Resiliency program. Chuck has a bachelors’ of Science degree in mathematics from the University of Illinois at Urbana.
Dmitry Shub, CISO, City of Evanston, Illinois
Dmitry Shub is the Chief Information Security Officer for the City of Evanston, IL, a diverse community of over 75,000 residents and home to the BIG10’s Northwestern University. As the City’s first CISO he developed a security program in support of a broad spectrum of external patrons and internal users such as police, fire, 911, library, and other critical infrastructure. Dmitry has spent the last 20 years working in government, higher education, and not-for-profit sectors bringing IT leadership to organizations such as Columbia College Chicago and Chicago Public Radio WBEZ 91.5FM. An alum of Columbia College Chicago, he is also an adjunct instructor of Object Oriented Programming and Audio Production for Game Design at the Columbia College Chicago – School of Interactive Arts and Media.
