John Germain, Chief Information Security Officer, Duck Creek Technologies
As Duck Creek’s chief information security officer (CISO), John Germain is accountable for the strategy, direction, and management of the company’s overall security program and capabilities, including those of Duck Creek’s OnDemand services.
John brings more than 15 years of experience as an information security professional to Duck Creek, and more than 25 total in IT. He has a strong background building and managing IT security programs for large, global organizations and is a well-respected leader in the community, having been named both a Top 100 CISO and a Top 25 Breakaway CISO Leader.
Prior to Duck Creek, John was both CISO and vice president of IT infrastructure at a multi-billion-dollar global manufacturing company, where he spent nearly 20 years honing his skills in the defense sector, critical infrastructure, and most recently in commercial products and services.
John is active in the information security community as a member of several professional governing bodies, and is a frequent speaker at events and conferences.
Victor Hsiang, Chief Information Security Officer, GATX
Victor Hsiang is an accomplished Information Security, Risk and IT Professional with over 19 years of experience working within the Financial Services and Healthcare sectors. He has an established track record of delivering successful IT and Information Security solutions that manages risk while supporting business requirements. His experience includes implementation of technology, security audits, risk assessments, information records management, privacy concerns, compliance and legal issues related to security, forensics, security practices and policy development. He currently leads the Information Security program at GATX Corporation.
Fred Kwong, Ph.D., CISO & AVP Security, Identity & Operations, Delta Dental Plans Association
Dr. Fred Kwong has been in the information technology field for the past 15 years in working in education, financial, and telecommunication sectors. Fred currently works at a Farmers Insurance where he currently is the Global Head of Privileged Access Control. Fred is currently building a new program seeking to govern, control, and profile privileged identities throughout the enterprise.
Fred’s work includes the creation of security and privacy policies, standards, and procedures. He is a subject matter expert in PCI, leading organizations to pass their report on compliance. With an extensive background in IT technologies, Fred continues to challenge the status quo by providing guidance in security and network architecture creating holistic designs that align to todays’ threat vector for organizations.
Fred has a passion of combining IT skills with organization development values. His broad range of IT skills has allowed him to view IT from many different paradigms and present them to the business partners in an easy to understand language. Fred servers as an adjunct professor at Benedictine and Roosevelt University teaching courses in international business, organization behavior, project management, and information systems. He holds a Ph.D. from Benedictine University and earned his master’s degree in business administration from Roosevelt University. Fred is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM), and a PCI Professional (PCIP).
Brianna Leddy, Director of Analysis, Darktrace
Based in San Francisco, Brianna is Director of Analysis at Darktrace. She joined the analyst team in 2016 and has since advised a wide range of enterprise customers on advanced threat hunting and leveraging Self-Learning AI for detection and response. Brianna works closely with the Darktrace SOC team to proactively alert customers to emerging threats and investigate unusual behavior in enterprise environments. Brianna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
Krupa Srivatsan, Director of Cybersecurity Product Marketing, Infoblox
Krupa Srivatsan has 22 years of experience in various roles including software development, product management and product marketing. Currently, as Director of Product Marketing at Infoblox, she is responsible for positioning and bringing to market Infoblox’s cyber security solutions.

During his tenure at Duff & Phelps, Annur worked closely with Microsoft product teams and case study managers in providing invaluable feedback around how businesses such as his were able to benefit from cloud technologies that were molded into business solutions. As a Microsoft MVP and industry expert, Annur brings 10 years of experience to work actively with other MVPs and Microsoft Partners to provide industry insight and strategic direction.
David Sylvester, Vice President of Cybersecurity, Lumu Technologies
David Sylvester is a bioengineer turned cybersecurity expert who has spent the last several years helping organizations find the right solutions for their challenges. David currently is responsible for defining and executing the global sales strategy for Lumu. Before Lumu, David led Easy Solution’s global expansion efforts from start-up through exit, reaching more than 465 customers and 125 million protected users worldwide.
In his free time, David is an active rower, father of three, and creator of Tour de Dog, the first human-canine cyclist team to accomplish riding 4500 miles through the United States.
