Michael Baraz is a career data professional who has consulted with many leading financial and insurance institutions. He has bootstrapped data governance programs, led major BI, data warehouse, Master Data Management, data integration architecture efforts, in general, all things data.

Michael earned his MBA at Florida International University and his since achieved certifications, including TOGAF Enterprise Architect and Agile Scrum Master.

 

 

 

Rich Olejniczak

Rich is an experienced analytical business leader with over 20 years industry knowledge and experience. He has led teams in both classical business areas as well as IT areas all focused on leveraging data to make transformational changes all focused on the customer experience. He holds degrees from The United States Military Academy, DePaul University and Northwestern University. He teaches Business Analytics, Operations and Research at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. He also is the SVP – Data Programs and Business Analytics at Wintrust where he’s responsible for the creation and delivery of analytical and reporting architecture, capabilities and practices to meet Wintrust’s business needs.

 

 

 

Bob Rehak

Bob Rehak is an IT professional with over 40 years of experience working with business and IT users in aerospace defense, airline operations, customer relationship management, marketing, insurance, construction, education, and retail to provide effective, practical solutions. He is passionate about using a data centric approach to simplify application development and reduce infrastructure cost and complexity. He holds a M.S. in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University and a B.S. in Mathematics from California State University, Northridge.
