Jason is a global business leader and a trusted strategic advisor. His role extends beyond digital governance leadership, as he has a proven track record of providing valuable insights and guidance in advancing cybersecurity risk oversight in America’s corporate boardrooms. Jason is the Resident CISO for XM Cyber and was formerly the CISO at Upbound Group (FKA Rent-A-Center). Before his time at Upbound Group, Jason was CISO to several large enterprises, including Fossil Group, Signet Jewelers, and Cerner Healthcare. Jason also served as the global head of infrastructure security at Citi.

Amir’s entire career has been spent in the Cloud Security consulting space aiding cloud-adopting and cloud-incipient organizations in securing their cloud presence or establishing guardrails to encourage secure cloud adoption. He has experience leading dozens of AWS, Azure, and GCP-oriented cloud security engagements with clients in across 10+ industries (including 5 “Fortune 100” companies). Cooper has spent that last 10 years in the enterprise software industry working with some of the world’s largest organizations. Projects have spanned chemical management, renewable energy asset management, and advanced search. For the last 3 years as a solution engineer his focus has been cloud security and automation. Outside of work Cooper serves on the Board of Steep theatre and is an avid climber.
Mike Neuman, AVP, Security & Compliance, VelocityEHS
Mike is well versed in navigating the complexities of regulated environments, improving cybersecurity operations, and continuously driving compliance. His has successfully lead onshore and offshore teams while maintaining high performance standards and focusing on business solutions and client engagement. Prior to joining VelocityEHS, Mike served as the Vice President of Information Security at Backstop Solutions Group, where he spearheaded the development of a process-driven approach towards achieving FedRAMP certification and SOC2 Type II certification. Earlier in his career, Mike drove the efforts at Florists Transworld Delivery (FTD) to achieve PCI compliance as a merchant and service provider. Mike earned his MS in Communications System Management from Northwestern University and a BA in History and Political Science from Purdue University.

Anthony (Tony) Sabaj is currently the Head of Channel Security Engineering for the Americas at Check Point and member of the Office of the CTO, with over 25 years of experience in the Cyber/Information/Network security industry. Tony has been at Check Point since 2002 in a variety of sales and technical roles including starting and building the Channel Team in North America. Prior to joining Check Point Tony was a Senior Product Manager at Telenisus, a startup MSSP/VAR in Chicago. In 2001 the MSSP business of Telenisus was sold to Verisign to start their MSSP business and the VAR business was sold to Forsythe(Sirius/CDW) to start their Security Practice, Tony joined Forsythe shortly after that acquisition as a Security Consultant and Certified Check Point trainer. Tony started his career with Arthur Andersen/Andersen Consulting, building their worldwide IP network, designing the security controls for the firm and helping build their external Security Consulting Practice.
