John Capello, Field CTO, Nasuni

As Nasuni’s Field CTO, John Capello can often be found working with customers and technology partners to understand their requirements and identify new use cases for Nasuni’s global file system. Before joining Nasuni, John was Vice President of Product at fast growing startups Abuzz (acquired by The New York Times) and Tabblo (acquired by Hewlett-Packard). He also served as a general manager for The New York Times Digital and as a consultant for McKinsey and Company. John earned his MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management where he was the recipient of the McKinsey Award and graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College with a degree in Social Studies and Music.

 

Dave Fiske, Lead EUC Strategist, Nerdio

Dave brings over 25 years of expertise in End User Computing, having served as an architect, engineer, consultant, and sales engineer on a wide array of projects for organizations ranging from small businesses to large enterprises. He now works with the technology community as a Nerdio representative to help educate new and seasoned industry professionals around Nerdio’s solution offerings and technology partner integrations. His mission is to help customers and prospects achieve their success goals by providing them with the best solutions, insights, and guidance. I enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and sharing my knowledge and expertise with others.

 

John Fleuchaus, Senior Infrastructure Architect, Former US Cellular

John Fleuchaus is a systems architect, strategist, and mentor with over a decade of experience designing secure, scalable infrastructure across enterprise environments. As founder of Konrad Kommunications, he blends technical precision with human insight—advocating for systemic reform, mentoring with intention, and building resilient systems that empower people as much as they protect data. Whether leading cloud-integrated transformations or coaching through complexity, John brings clarity, empathy, and a deep commitment to performance that lasts.

Outside of tech, John is a USPA-rated skydiving coach with over 1,400 jumps—fostering confidence and joy one leap at a time.

 

Dan Horwich, President, CAMP IT Conferences 

In 2001, Dan Horwich earned the title of President and Executive Director of CAMP IT Conferences. Prior to joining CAMP IT, Dan held sales and sales management positions at U.S. Robotics, 3Com, Mercantec, Spring Tide Networks, and Lucent Technologies, winning several sales and professional development awards.

An active networker, focused on making a difference in the professional lives of IT practitioners, Dan has built a win-win climate for CAMP IT’s attendees, speakers, and sponsors. He’s a graduate of University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BBA in Marketing and lives in Glenview, IL with his wife and two daughters.

Ashley Lewis, Senior Manager Infrastructure, Morningstar

Ashley Lewis is a technology leader who has built and rebuilt cloud infrastructure for organizations ranging from Fortune 500 powerhouses to high-growth disruptors. She has led cloud migrations and architecture programs at companies including Morningstar, Bright Health, Riot Platforms, and Xerox—tackling everything from greenfield Azure builds to AWS cost optimizations and hybrid-cloud implementations with GCP.

Ashley designs strategies that determine what belongs on-prem, what belongs in the cloud, and what belongs in the recycle bin. She builds environments that can withstand mergers, divestitures, and the occasional burst of unexpected growth—all while maintaining rigorous compliance standards. When she’s not orchestrating multi-cloud strategies or retiring legacy data centers, Ashley can be found mentoring future IT leaders or pretending to take a vacation without her laptop.

Val Mushinskiy, Principal and Vice President of Cloud Services, ZS

Val Defines and leads the execution of cloud strategy for ZS. He leads Cloud Center of Excellence team that manages infrastructure and operations for enterprise and client solutions.

Val built and now manages Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) team. CCoE leverages DevSecOps principles and thoughtful solution architecture approaches to manage all aspects of clous infrastructure & operations for applications and solutions that are hosted on numerous ZS’s public clouds. CCoE’s Managed Service Provider team engages in supporting solution implementations on client owned public cloud environments.

Val’s expertise includes vast experience in software development, architecture, management, and cloud operations across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud.

Val holds an MS in Software Engineering and Project Management from DePaul University and a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

 

Mitesh Naik, Director of Cloud Services, ZS

Mitesh is a Director of Cloud Services at ZS and has been with the company for the last 13 years. His background is rooted in software development and architecture but over the years he has picked up the responsibility of architecture and cloud solution implementation of multiple solutions for ZS and clients. He led some of the key major initiatives such as architecting and overseeing implementation of Disaster Recovery program, leading numerous cloud vendor engagements (including Google Cloud and Salesforce) and lately building and leading our MSP team focusing on cloud engineering and operations for solutions hosted on client-owned cloud environments (including DevOps/DevSecOps workstreams).

 

Brian Sherman, IT Resilience and DR Specialist, Zurich Insurance

It was only when I officially became the North America disaster recovery manager for Zurich that I realized that I’ve been a DR guy since day one, so many years ago. Officially, since 2021. Unofficially, since 1996. And a life-long learner with CampIT for many (many!) enjoyable years. Thank you, Dan!

 

Owen Taylor, Senior Staff Solutions Engineer, Cockroach Labs

Owen Taylor is a Sr Staff Sales Engineer at Cockroach Labs with a unique background. A former soloist in the Broadway company of “Cats,” he daily seeks to combine his passions for coding and performing. This makes him an invaluable and compelling speaker, capable of teaching and positioning complex technologies to diverse audiences.

 

Mallikharjuna (Arjun) Valluri, Sr. Enterprise Architect – Solutions, Former US Cellular

Mr. Arjun Valluri Telecom/IT Leader and Professional with technology management and business acumen skills, currently working as Sr. Enterprise Architect – Solutions with US Cellular and various areas of focus in the Enterprise Architecture practice to create business value. Key interests and involved in the areas of AI Strategy, AI Advocacy, AI (Chatbots NLP, ML, DL, RL, Gen AI), 5G, IoT, Cloud Computing, Security, Big Data, and other emerging technologies.

He has extensive experience with corporate business strategies and recommendations, leading teams, vendor management, EA best practices, standards, PMO, digital transformation with disruptive innovations in the ever-changing technology domain space. He has hands on experience in enterprise-wide solutions design, development, data modelling, implementation, project planning, scope, budget estimations, delivery methodologies and results oriented.

 

Deepak Vishwakarma, Manager – DevSecOps & Operations, Kohler Co.

Deepak Vishwakarma is a seasoned technology leader with deep expertise in cloud-native architecture, platform engineering, and DevSecOps. He currently leads global teams across DevOps, DevSecOps platforms, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Digital Support Operations. Over the course of his career, Deepak has driven transformative initiatives across India, Sweden, and now the United States, bringing a global perspective to enterprise cloud strategy and digital modernization. Known for building scalable, secure, and resilient platforms, he is passionate about aligning technology with business outcomes and fostering innovation through cross-functional collaboration. His insights into cloud transformation and platform delivery make him a valuable contributor to today’s evolving tech landscape.

 

Heiko Zuerker, Principal Architect, Infrastructure & Cloud Services, Northwestern Mutual

Heiko Zuerker is a seasoned IT professional with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Over the decades, he has worked in various roles in operations, engineering, architecture, and management, demonstrating his versatility and expertise in the field. Heiko is recognized for his pragmatic leadership style, strong focus on innovation, continuous improvement, collaboration, and challenging the status quo. He has successfully led significant initiatives, driven the early adoption of new technologies, and spearheaded cost optimization efforts that have resulted in substantial savings. Heiko is passionate about automation, reliability, continuous improvement, and simplicity. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, diving with sharks, and participating in precision motorcycle competitions.
